Lead Pastors l David + Cindy Clements
Trinity’s lead pastors are Dave and Cindy Clements.
Pastor Dave and Cindy were both born and raised in Oklahoma by Christian parents. They met as young teenagers at church camp and began a long distance relationship. After graduating high school, they married; and some time after became youth pastors at their local church. Working in various capacities within the church, they gained a lot of experience and knowledge working with all ages groups.
Close to five years after marrying, they had their first born, Deidre, followed by Todd four years later. While David ran the family business, Clements Plumbing, Cindy worked in the welfare department. Little did they know that the same church camp they met at as teenagers would be the same location that God would birth a burden in their hearts for NYC. Leaving the family business, they relocated their family to NYC in 1998 helping Pastor Mike and Nancy Ferguson at Trinity Community Church. In the Spring of 2001, they were voted in as pastors.
Almost 20 years later, they are still pastoring Trinity Community Church with their son, Todd, as the worship leader. They hold full time jobs outside of the church, but their passion for God and pastoring Trinity Community Church are firmly rooted in their hearts.
